As a Dietary Aide at The Meadows of Wadena, you will play a critical role in the lives of our seniors, while earning competitive wages and benefits that includes paid time off and a retirement plan open to everyone!
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with dining room set-up and clean-up
- Assist with meal preparation and distribution
- Help to maintain the kitchen and dining areas are clean and organized
- In all tasks, adhering to appropriate safety, food safety, and sanitation techniques and requirements
Shift/Hours
- 4p – 8p, 2 days a week and every other weekend. This is a perfect job for a student!
Pay rate: $13.53
While previous experience is welcome, it isn't required as we provide all of the training you will need to be successful in this position!
Because dietary staff play an important role in our meal services, it is critical that our employees work as scheduled, and provide appropriate notice and shift replacement when they can't.
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
All employees must pass a criminal background study as determined solely by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
