Digital Marketing Account Manager
Position Summary
First Call Digital Agency is offering a full-time position serving as a Digital Marketing Account Manager for our Digital Agency retainer clients.
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and implementing a digital marketing strategy for a variety of clients in varying industries.
The role requires consistent communication and planning with the Digital Marketing Director to coordinate and execute a digital marketing plan working with specialists in web design, graphic design, content and SEO.
Job Status: Full Time
Job location: Employee must reside in Montana or be willing to relocate to considered for the position.
Pay: $22-$32 hr DOE

Position Roles and Responsibilities
To perform the job successfully, our Digital Marketing Account Manager must be able to perform the assigned duties according to the standards established while also promoting and representing First Call’s core purpose, values, and culture.
Relationship Management – Routine communication with clients on status updates and progress of digital strategy is of the utmost importance. Relationship building is a major focus of this job role.
Campaign Management – Monitor and manage the digital project, ensuring tasks are properly assigned, delivered on time, and on budget.
Tactics Management – Must be able to review a digital strategy, understand the key objectives, and executive the necessary tactics to achieve the desired outcomes.
Schedule & Vendor Management – Project management includes working with outside 3rd party vendors for content creation, graphic design, ads management, and photography/video editing. The ideal candidate will be motivated to plan the work and work the plan both with their own schedule and the schedules of vendors/clients.
Brand Guide Management – First Call offers the creation of brand guides for clients which will be managed by the account manager for changes such as brand colors, tag lines, photography, mood elements, etc.
Help Desk / Quick Wins – Website and digital marketing support is an essential role for the account manager. Our help desk needs to be monitored daily for requests from clients, processed in a timely manner, with a clear resolution. Impeccable communication is necessary.
Quarterly Steering Meetings – Our digital agency clients receive a Quarterly Steering Meeting to realign our department with our client’s internal teams to ensure we are moving forward with our goals according to schedule. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will coordinate and lead these meetings.
Results Management – Key objectives are set during steering meetings. An ideal Account Manager will help steer the project toward achieving results and/or monitor for changes that could improve results.
Analytics Management – First Call leverages a variety of analytical tools for monitoring digital performance including Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Lucky Orange, Visitor Queue, Active Campaign, Pipedrive, and more. Familiarity with these tracking tools is beneficial.
Change Management – The Digital Marketing Account Manager should be able to navigate requests from clients that are outside the scope of the original proposed project or retainer and coordinate estimates on work and communicate with client on changes to billing.
Record Management – Record management is of vital importance in this role for security purposes and as a key process.
Agreement Management – Our Digital Marketing Account Manager is responsible for reviewing agreements with existing clients for changes, renewals, or cancellations.
