Job Description Summary
Digital Designer is responsible for creative design and production of digital graphics which appear across multiple digital distribution channels; website, social media, mobile app, on-line advertising, email and on-property digital signage.
Required Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of an Bachelors degree (BA) or equivalent from a technical school in graphic or web design.
• At least four (4) years design experience in a broad array of digital assets, including email, websites, social media, mobile app and internet advertising.
• Experience in either a Marketing Department, and/or Advertising firm with an emphasis on creative concepts.
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects with Mac OSX platform
• Development of email, SMS and push notification campaigns cloud based marketing platforms (ex. Adobe Campaign – Responsys, Oracle)
• Working knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript is a plus but not required.

• Provides excellent guest service.
• Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.

PREVIOUS GAMING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

• Develop digital concepts which engage current and prospective guests while supporting our brand positioning across all digital channels.
• Create compelling visual concepts for email, social media, mobile app and internet advertising to support media campaign objectives and increase conversions.

• Create digital assets for multiple property websites including PDF documents, banners, landing pages, and updating content through user interface.
• Update content and provide design improvements for mobile site and app.
• Work with marketing team members to develop social media assets including cover photos, icons, posting graphics as requested, contest pages and banner ads.

• Develop and manage content of graphic messaging for distribution on digital display network.
• Interact with internal clients on their projects from initial consultation meetings to final approval of concept.
• Maintain current working knowledge of all digital advertising best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills to work on multiple projects effectively under time constraints and established deadlines.
• Provides excellent guest service through clear communication.
