SitterTree’s app makes booking child care providers easy. No more time spent scrolling through candidates, sending multiple texts, or posting in Facebook groups. SitterTree users can post and manage single or recurring jobs, communicate with child care providers, pay and tip, and provide reviews all in one place.

POSITION SUMMARY:
SitterTree is seeking a Digital Recruitment Specialist to grow the Company’s Service Provider user base across existing and new markets. Quality child care providers are the core of why families and groups trust SitterTree. The quality of providers on the app determines the success of the brand.
This individual should be a self-starter with a strong sense of agency who can work both independently and collaboratively, can set and achieve ambitious goals, with a high capacity to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities. The Digital Recruitment Specialist is results and data-driven, with high attention to detail. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.
The Digital Recruitment Specialist will report directly to the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sitter Lead Generation
- Create and maintain job postings on recruiting platforms, including but not limited to: Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, SitterCity, Care.com, etc.
- Create job postings, review candidates, send messages, etc.
- Ensure posted jobs have multiple qualified applicants. Conduct targeted digital marketing as necessary
Screening
- Conduct screenings of potential new child care providers on the app
- Send mass text(s) to sitters to schedule screenings, including sitters in stages of signup and incomplete sitters and to complete background checks
- Manage Calendly for Screening Team, troubleshoot scheduling issues, ensure screening times are available, and team members are fully booked to achieve maximum capacity for team members. Maintain 85% capacity or higher for scheduled screenings.
- Report on screening numbers for all team members at weekly huddle
- Utilize Data Studio to identify opportunities to improve sitter signup and screening processes
- Provide feedback and training to Screening team
- Ensure staff members are trained and consistently asking about preschool jobs/DECAL checks in sitter screenings and porting existing checks
Administrative
- Report on digital recruitment stats at weekly Staff Huddles
- Create, manage, and report on a budget for digital recruitment
- Attend weekly Staff Huddles and monthly Sales Meetings
- Learn and record best practices for each job/career platform, optimize messaging in posts and messages, create templates, etc.
- Explore potential new platforms and conduct cost/benefit analysis to present to Operations Manager
- Lead efforts to create operational standards and processes relating to sitters - from signup to booking 1st job. From Sales to Support
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Fluent in G-suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Voice, Meet, Slides, Sheets, and Forms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced reading reports in Google Data Studio
- Previous training/experience in recruiting via online platforms
- Previous experience in a start-up environment ideal, but not required
