Paragon 28 looking to fill the position of Digital Marketing Coordinator with a starting range of $58,000 - $68,000/year, dependent upon experience, education, and skills. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule of work from home and office.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for content creation, developing P28’s presence, and contributing to the strategy and implementation of digital campaigns across various channels. This will include social media marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, database management, email marketing, channel analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of social media interaction between customers and Paragon 28 channels and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through social media platforms; LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
- Utilize analytical tools to ensure social media progress on all platforms.
- Assist in content creation for various channels (e.g. web, email, paid search, display, etc.)
- Facilitate website update requests from digital team when needed.
- Coordinating data for reporting of Paragon 28 database and lead communication.
- Monitor and report website performance and customer behavior (e.g. web traffic and rankings) using Google analytics, and Web Master Tools.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g. smartsheet) to track digital set up process for industry events, tracking, project milestones, etc.
- Stay up to date on digital media and industry trends and identify new single channel and cross-channel (multichannel/omnichannel) opportunities.
- Build marketing and transactional emails utilizing templates from EMS (Hubspot)
- Other duties as assigned
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical business hours. It may reasonably require additional hours during the week and weekend; specific requirements will be determined with Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of digital marketing a plus
- Understanding of digital trends and marketing channels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of organization and attention to detail
- Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proficient in social platforms; LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
- Proficient in Hubspot marketing automation
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Dynamics and Web Master Tools
- Familiarity with web-hook and API integration platforms (e.g. Zapier) a plus
- Eager to learn and present new innovative ideas to the marketing team
- High paced growth environment; need to be comfortable handling many different tasks within the marketing organization
