The Position:

The Digital Media & Sales Admin. will promote, develop, and expand account representations of Proximity Systems' products and services in the Healthcare, Long Term Care and Assisted Living industry through established and prospective channel reseller partners. To support VP of Sales and Marketing and sales team in developing and managing projects, implementing marketing strategy, and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and profitability objectives.

The following duties represent the Digital Media & Sales Admin.'s recurring responsibilities:

  • Assist National Sales Team to achieve revenue of $1.5 million in fiscal year 2023 and build $3 million 12 month rolling pipeline opportunities.
  • Promote products and develop and manage opportunities from inception through delivery of final product. (DR, technology, all details are managed with end user).
  • Manage Trade Show preparation and post administrative tasks.
  • Assist with Marketing efforts of the Sales Team, including pre and post trade shows, eblast promotions, etc.
  • Develop relationship and support channel reseller partners.
  • Answer resellers questions regarding product, assist with the coordination of design, quotes, seed units, and orders.
  • Follow up on Marketing campaign and trade show leads and support appropriate reseller once lead is passed along.
  • Drive adoption of Proximity System programs and spiffs among reseller partners.
  • Assist sales team with Training of reseller partners.
  • Deliver quarterly forecasts that are a minimum of 85% accurate.
  • Document daily and weekly opportunity and project updates in Salesforce.
  • Update and manage all active accounts, lead, contact and opportunity data in Salesforce associated with accounts in the assigned region.
  • Research sales opportunities utilizing tools such as Construct Connect.
  • Continual use of CRM system for up-to-date data and report generation.
  • Support customer service.
  • Field phone calls from resellers and end users with product, parts and service questions
  • Create quotes for direct resellers and LTC.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in marketing, digital media, general business or any other related field is required. Bachelor's is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales/marketing is required
  • Experience working remotely is required
  • Experience with customer engagement is required
  • Proactive mindset and go-getter attitude
  • Flexible in nature, looking for growth opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
  • Interest in social media marketing
