Digital Media Strategist

Black Diamond Mergers & Acquisitions is a team of professional business intermediaries who help people buy and sell businesses. Black Diamond is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas and is hiring a part-time Digital Media Strategist. Approximate hours would be 9a-3p three days a week.

We are looking for a business professional to join us in growing our firm within the mergers and acquisitions industry. Specific M & A experience is not required. This position will support the acquisition and retention of quality clients for the company through the development of the company’s positioning, sensory package, marketing strategies, and sales systems.

Job Duties:

Assisting with research, data entry, and maintaining accurate and complete client records

Preparing promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, email, and web)

Assisting with marketing events and promotional presentations and outings

Managing weekly email campaigns

Assisting Marketing Leader with monthly videos

Managing Linked In, Facebook, and Constant Contact

Planning and executing a strategic content calendar

Coordinating weekly mail

Supporting the M & A Associates and M & A Leaders for weekly deal activity

Collaborating with Marketing Leader to create and post deal advertisements

Collaborating with Marketing Leader to create and manage presentations (qualifications and sales related) and external material (summaries and information memorandums, etc.)

Assisting Marketing Leader in managing Key Marketing Indicators (KMI)

Submitting client surveys and analyzing results

Managing the website and website provider for changes, adds, and edits

Maintain confidentiality

Maintain an organized and efficient file system

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Professional

Read and write with correct grammar

College degree (Marketing preferred)

Facilitation and communication skills to engage cross-functional and cross-border teams

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
