Digital Product Associate Job at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
Working in an agile environment, you will lead the development of an innovative digital user experience and product strategy. You will work closely with UX design and technology teams to define, develop and launch features to support the business value propositions. The role focuses on hands-on scrum team activities, rolling out new solutions, and understanding the needs and feedback of our customers and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving end-to-end execution for initiatives in the prioritized product roadmap partnering closely with teams across corporate functions. This will include project planning and analysis, Developing project execution, and status reporting.
- Participate in agile product development, roadmap creation, writing initiatives, epics, and user stories in JIRA.
- Refine, prioritize stories, and lead sprint planning and execution (along with other scrum cadences and events) for technology development teams.
- Monitor the development of the product (escalating issues and removing blockers) and pre-production testing, and conduct demos.
- Support discovery of new concepts, including determining and refining business value, customer value, and tech feasibility.
- Define, measure, and report on product analytics, performance, and success.
- Build and manage relationships across stakeholders, internally and externally.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Experience in product development, in an agile environment, project management, strategy, or consulting with exposure to high visibility programs and product management
- Highly analytical, able to investigate, troubleshoot and determine issues at the root cause
- Solid organizational and project management skills, including follow-through skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and workstreams.
- Experience understanding and documenting strategic goals and needs into agile stories for technology execution.
- Ability to synthesize distinct data points into a clear strategic set of priorities and gain sponsorship for direction.
- Experience with identifying and addressing program execution needs in a fast-paced environment. Previous exposure to agile practices and ability to adapt agile tools.
- Bachelor's degree
