Riverbrook is looking for a permanent relief staff. We have a temporary Saturday shift open for a few months from 7am to 9pm and a temporary Sunday shift from 7am to 3pm. Both weekend shifts pay $20.50 per hour. As a relief staff, you could also fill in when staff are on vacation or are out sick. Pay is $18.50 an hour week days and $20.50 an hour weekends. If you are med certified or become med certified pay will increase by a dollar an hour. We have one relief position open for responsible, safety-minded staff. You would train totally around your own schedule for two weeks and then would we would call you when there were shifts that needed to be covered to see if you were available. The temporary weekend shifts Saturday 7a-9p and Sunday 7a-3p are mandatory just for a couple months while a staff member is out. You will love it at Riverbrook!

Job Summary:

Riverbrook provides quality care for all its residents. This includes daily living skills, good hygiene, continuous community experiences, and recreational and social activities. Direct Care Staff assists with all aspects of program. The individual skills of the person serving as the Direct Care Staff will be utilized in the development of appropriate programs for all residents.

Minimal Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Kind, calm, caring manner
• Valid drivers license

All staff have a in-house rapid COVID-19 test at Riverbrook prior to starting on their first day and then as needed if they have symptoms or had exposure.
