The Direct Services Manager supports individuals with disabilities who are enrolled in Brunswick Center with working towards functional levels of independence. Emphasis is placed on developing competencies as it relates to enhancing their quality of life (social, emotional, community, self-care, etc). This role will develop new ideas, activities and initiatives for providing person-centered supports to individuals at Brunswick Center. This position will also oversees the work of their assigned staff including their training, professional development and overall performance.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Education/Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience in the field
Management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
Valid NYS Driver's License with at least one year of non-permit driving experience.
Must have reliable transportation as location is not on a busline.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable giving individuals direct care including assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
