The Direct Support Professional will work directly with individuals with developmental, physical, mental and intellectual disabilities across maryland. Staff will be responsible for meeting their immediate needs and creating an environment where they can thrive. Candidates who are compassionate, thoughtful, responsible, reliable and well-spoken will be considered for this rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Healthcare professionals, transport client medical appointments and community activities.
- Maintain daily progress Notes
- Monitor client behaviors and write ABC and incident report.
- Help with daily living activities such as cooking, grooming, and keeping homes free of clutter.
- Ensure that basic living standards are met.
- Stay on top of resident's medication schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
