Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Criminal background check (with your permission)
• Motor vehicle check (with your permission)
• Current driver license
• High School Diploma or GED (Please ask about our education assistance program if you have not obtained either)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

Community Intersections is excited to offer a hiring bonus. $250 after 30 days and $250 after 6 months.

JOB DUTIES: Direct Support Staff provides direct personal care for a small group of up to 3 adults with varying degrees of disability in a 3 bedroom residential house. Maintain a schedule and routines. Conduct routine household activities. Administer medications. Provide consistent, full-time supervision at all times to ensure accountability of the people served. Provide routine documentation (basic computer skills required), report to work on time. Transporting individuals to and from day program.

COMPENSATION: $15.50/hour with an evaluation of performance after 90 days, and annually thereafter. $1.00 more for overnight shifts. Full-time employees are offered Benefits.
