$110,000 - $120,000 Base + Bonus

• Adopt the vision for the brokerage and develop strategies to achieve
• Consult the top 20 percent of agents in their brokerage to increase productivity and retention
• Lead the development of agents to minimum average income per associate
• Achieve and maintain acceptable profitability
• Consult the administrative staff and provide training opportunities
• Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business
• Lead sales and business meetings
• Develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to stay competitive
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified real estate agents to join our brokerage firm
