Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 Years of experience working in a leadership role in a licensed childcare facility
  • Must be familiar with GA BFTS and DECAL Guidelines
  • Must have a flexible schedule
  • Primrose Experience is a plus

Our ideal candidate has:
  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
  • The ability to multi task and delegate responsibilities to other Leadership team members.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Ensure all staff is following both state and Primrose policies and guidelines
  • Maintaining maximum enrollment by giving tours of the school
  • Meeting with parents to discuss needs / concerns.
  • Maintain spending budgets
  • Oversee the school and the leadership team
  • Ensure all staff training is up to date
  • Oversee new hires and staff training process
  • Maintaining up to date files on all staff and children
  • Keeping an up to date enrollment projection plan

  • Build, lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest results.
  • Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children).
  • Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.
  • Learn all essential functions for each position in the school.
  • Work with and enjoy support from the Franchise Owner and the vast resources provided by the brand.
