Director of Admissions Job at Vaco
Our client is seeking a director for their admissions department who will lead, supervise, train, mentor, and develop their admissions team members!!
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, refine, and manage the processes, policies, procedures, and protocols for the department
- Hiring, training, and managing the admissions department staff
- Implement and execute the strategic goals of the organization
- Ensuring the admissions team effectively negotiates financial agreements
Requirements:
- TITLE IS FLEX
- 3-5 years of admissions experience, including experience in admissions leadership
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads and work independently
- MUST have exp. creating scripts for a call center environment
- MUST HAVE SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE
