Park Place Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Belton, Texas is seeking an exceptional and energentic candidate for our Director of Nursing position. The prior DON retired after 35 years of service to the facility. We are looking for the perfect candidate to fill these big shoes.
Requirements:
- Unencumbered RN licensure in Texas (or a compact license)
- Experience in Long-Term Care in an administrative nurse capacity
Preferred
- Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing
Duties (non-exhaustive)
- Oversee entire nursing department including the provision of care, labor management, and expense control
- Real world knowledge of nursing facility regulations
- A proven leader and educator
- Patient, kind, professional
- Willing to acclimate to company culture and expectations
This position asnwers directly to the facility Administrator and corporate Director of Clinical Services.
Park Place Manor is a facility under FourCooks Senior Care ownership and operations which is corporately located in Waco, Texas.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
