A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

As a Director of Operations, you play a vital role in the operations of our clinic. The goal of this position is to ensure that all our behind-the-scenes tasks are completed skillfully and in a timely manner. Always extremely organized, you manage our weekly schedule and arrange any meetings. You meet with our co-owners on a regular basis to discuss the needs of our practice. Attentively, you manage our staff performance from department heads to techs, providing constructive feedback and issuing write-ups as necessary. If any patients or staff members have questions or concerns, you promptly respond and try to help.

You develop and perfect our training processes and office policies, creating strategies to help strengthen our team and optimize our processes. As new employees come aboard, you assist with their hiring, onboarding, and training process. As necessary, you develop and implement new procedures in our office. When our clinic works with outside companies, you assist with the oversight and ensure all collaborations are smooth. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
