Director of Pharmacy Services Job at Sierra Staffing
Director of Pharmacy: Progressive Community Hospital located within close proximity to Spokane. Responsible for the planning, organization, and direction of the operations of the department through appropriate utilization of resources and delegation of responsibilities to achieve high quality standard of care in pharmacy services. Plans the course of the department to achieve budgetary and regulatory compliance while ensuring continuous quality of services provided. Promotes the education and development of the pharmacy staff regarding pharmacy operational and clinical pharmacy activities. Plans the course of the department to achieve best practice in clinical services and medication management systems, while ensuring continuous quality of services provided. Responsible for monitoring to promote quality improvement activities. The incumbent will be responsible for the regulatory compliance and optimization of the 340B program.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of health system pharmacy leadership experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
