Responsibilities:
The Director of Pharmacy Support Works closely with sales, clinical and operations to manage customer relations with current customers. This individual supports the Pharmacy Support Representatives and is responsible for providing solutions that create value for Synchrony team members and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform routine territory visits with members of the account management team
2. Hire, mentor, and support Pharmacy Support Representative (PSR) team in coordination with pharmacy Executive Director
3. Approve and monitor assigned team members' monthly expenses for efficiency
4. Manage strategy to grow SynchronRx@Home service for transitional fills
5. Collaborate with SynchronyRx@home pharmacy for IL customer utilization strategy
6. Service/support regional customer relationships in various geographic area/pharmacy locations in collaboration with the Customer Success Coordinators
7. Develop parameters to provide support through Pharmacy Support Representatives to other ancillary services provided by Synchrony Health Services
8. Proactively assess, validate, and champion client priorities with senior leadership
9. Stay abreast of the industry, including legislative changes, mergers and acquisitions, new partnerships and competitor capabilities
10. Complete Weekly, Monthly reports and set 90 days goals specific to each customer account
11. Participate in local and state industry trade shows as required to develop current and new business
12. Work closely with Pharmacy Leadership and Clinical team to support education, operational and clinical in-service programs
13. Support communication between pharmacy operations and current client base
Qualifications:

• Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care Pharmacy or Senior Housing Industry
• Valid Driver's License required

Licenses/Certifications

• National Pharmacy Certification preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of Long-Term Care Pharmacy or Senior Housing Industry
• Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
