DESCRIPTION
The Director of Acquisitions and Feasibility is seeking an experienced professional that will help drive future growth. This position will work directly with the Concord senior management and business development teams, primarily sourcing and underwriting value add hotel acquisition opportunities, including auctions.
Job Responsibilities:
Screen and underwrite potential hotel acquisition, joint venture and – on occasion - new development opportunities.
Lead the market research and due diligence in connection with future acquisitions and – on occasion new development projects.
Preparation of high-quality presentations for owners, investors, and partners.
Preparation of RFP responses and due diligence for prospective management opportunities.
Maintain direct relationships with auction houses and brokerage firms to monitor and underwriting hotel auction opportunities.
Communicate with co-workers, owners, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, polices, work procedures and instructions as provided.
Requirements:
Technology savvy and highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord, and Other Tools.
Demonstrated exceptional analytical and technical capabilities.
Proven sales skills and ability to establish and grow professional relationship.
Experience underwriting concepts and investment structures.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet fast paced deadlines.
Strong verbal, business writing and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
Travel as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hotel Administration, etc.

Pay Range: $102,610 - $128,263
