Director of Sales and Marketing Job at Avesta Systems
We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Salary: 90k + Commission
Some duties you will be doing:
- Develop new business opportunities to meet established trends, help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Facilitate client and referral sources requirement meetings.
- Report weekly sales forecasts, develop market analysis to identify client needs, price schedules, and overall homecare market sales trends.
- Stay current with competition, deliver sales presentations/ proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing ratio.
- Responsible for assisting with sales campaigns, maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations.
- Works closely with the Regional Director in the development and execution of the weekly outreach plan and outside community involvement.
- Generate and complete tours
- Maintain relationships with lead sources, generate new lead sources, generate leads (non-referral agency), and maintain relationships with referral agencies
- Plan and coordinate community and facility marketing events, attend trade shows
