The Role

Responsibilities:

Establish & revise the global management system in the division

Coordinate and support division head to develop divisional mid-term strategy and basic policy for the division

Coordinate and support division head to develop and execute divisional mid-term plan/annual plan and overall strategy for bio-technology based manufacturing sites

Coordinate and support division head to achieve earlier launch of new products manufactured at each Biopharma Manufacturing site

Develop and facilitate strategic projects/initiatives at corporate/divisional level and assist to proceed with them

Clarify mid-term issues on not only division but also entire T&M functions and facilitate to tackle them collaborating with division head, team members and other divisions.

Pursue any opportunities to create VALUE/synergies within Biopharma Mfg and even with other divisions.

Required Qualifications

No specific license or certification is required.

Preferred

PhD/MS or equivalent degree with 5+ years of progressive experience in CMC Development, mfg plant management, pharmaceutical industry.

Ability to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively

Ability to assess areas of new technologies and improvements
