Risk and Claims Management - In this position, the ideal candidate would provide safety and risk management support to the Company’s operations.

Job Description:

• Overseeing all facets of the daily operations of the safety and risk management area, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and the Company’s policies and procedures.

• Identify and analyze the potential impact of exposures faced by the Company and address the financial impact of these exposures.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and efficient claims reporting SOP.

• Manage the claims administration function for all lines of insurance, including general liability, vehicle, and property.

• Develop and implement company-wide safety programs to educate and reduce the number of yearly claims.

• Develop and conduct company-wide safety and compliance audits, as appropriate.

• Work in partnership with Senior Management to evaluate the reduce enterprise risk and lower the overall cost of insurance.

Skills/Requirements:

• Qualified candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible risk management roles involving policy, administration and claims management.

• Ability to travel nationwide is required – open to travel 25%.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills is essential.

• Preferred certifications: Professional Risk Manager (PRM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/annually DOE
