Alarm Dispatcher for 24/7 alarm monitoring station. Our dedicated team of professionals provide alarm monitoring services to owner companies. Alarm Dispatchers respond to various types of signals for homes and businesses. We take pride in our satisfied customers and committed team.

Job type: Full-Time

Pay: $14.25 - $15.75 per hour (SD included in this amount)

Shift: Immediate opening for (1) Overnight shift position:

• 12a - 8a Sun-Thurs
• Fri & Sat off
• 3 week training period

Responsibilities:

· Handle Emergency Signals

· Notify/Verify Alarm Signals

· Dispatch Proper Authorities

Nice to have:

• Previous call center experience
• Alarm dispatching experience
• Inbound/Outbound phone experience
• MAS experience

Requirements:

• Ability to sit while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with a computer and ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute accurately
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm while also demonstrating strong verbal communication and listening skills when responding to calls and difficult situations
• Ability to work within a small team
• Multi-tasking
• Must be proven as dependable with stable work history and references
• Must be available for on-call rotation, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be willing to submit and pass a criminal background check, as well as initial and routine drug screening.
