JOB DUTIES:
Entry Level- Backstand Operator:
While maintaining focus on safety and quality. Employee will operate machinery that converts paper roll stock into cut-size paper.
Essential functions are prepping paper rolls for the machine, operate and clean machinery, utilize cutting tools to remove packaging and creating machine splices. General housekeeping and other duties as needed. Physical lifting is a requirement in this role and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Material Handler:
While maintaining focus on safety, quality and daily inspections. Employee will operate a fork lift/clamp truck/hoist to pick up and move rolls of paper, finished product/pallets. Loading and unloading of materials from trucks. General housekeeping and other duties as needed. Physical lifting is a requirement in this role and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

HOURS:
24/7 operation. Shifts include 7:00AM- 7:00PM or 7:00PM - 7:00AM
Employees work 12-hour shifts. Rotating shifts every 6 weeks.

QUALIFICATIONS
:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Industrial experience /mechanical aptitude are helpful
- Must successfully complete a selection process that includes: structured board interview,
reference/background verification, physical and drug screen.
