Days-6:30 am -3:00pm Monday-Friday
EVE-2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
Phoenix Mountain Post-Acute is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, conveniently located in northeast Phoenix, east of AZ-51 and south of E Thunderbird Road. We are just north of the Paradise Valley Mall on N Tatum Blvd behind the Brookdale Assisted Living.
We feature 130 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Requirements:
- MUST BE A LICENSED LPN or RN in the state of Arizona. New Graduates are welcome!
