Perfection Drywall is seeking a hardworking and reliable drywall hanger and finisher. We are known for high quality residential and commercial contracting with jobsites will be located primarily throughout Muskegon, Grand Haven, Nunica and Whitehall areas.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Follow plans to meet the needs of the clients.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install drywall products custom to each project
• Use a variety of different hand and power tools to perform duties. Commonly used hand tools include tape measures, squares, levels, utility knives, as well as many power tools such as screw guns and routers.
• Cleans up work area and equipment when the job is completed.
• Manual labor including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Work has a professional level of quality and accuracy that follows Perfection Drywall’s standards.
• Exercises good interpersonal skills and teamwork to accomplish our goals, even if outside the scope of regular duties.
• Understands and follows company policies and safety procedures
• Understands proper construction safety processes and procedures.
• A consistent and engaged team member.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time which may require working in elevated areas, confined spaces, extreme weather, and on and off ladders and aerial platforms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to communicate effectively, follow oral and/or written instructions by supervisors, and establish effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and the general public.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Has good problem-solving skills and is confident in his judgment and experience to get the job done.
• Is dependable and reliable, ability to work overtime as necessary
• Has reliable transportation to worksites
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Good math skills
• Detail Oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
