Essential Job Duties
  • Delivers timely, thorough responses to all telephone and/or email inquiries from independent distributor partners, sales managers, DSD operations personnel, retailers, etc. as well as maintains a tracking mechanism for such inquiries.
  • Maintains relationships with all levels of cross functional teams in sales, operations, Independent Distributors, etc.
  • Audits transactions/set up on a daily basis through integrity reports.
  • Process any IDOC errors, interface errors, open orders, etc.
  • Daily review and action on shared email boxes and Service Now.
  • Test, Support and implement any new systems and process changes.
  • Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action
  • Document all work processes as required.
  • Provide support to independent distributors regarding several areas including, but not limited to, order management, plant closes, documenting calls in our call tracking software, and forwarding issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Process and support computer assisted ordering.
  • Process and support any DSD plant or IDP set up changes.
  • Process Plant Closes to ensure independent route orders are processed to the Plant, Including Special orders and accelerations as needed.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with policies and procedures are achieved when resolving independent distributor issues.
  • Draft and submit Independent Distributor communications as relates to Support.
  • Complete set up for New DSD material records across Campbell Snacks.
  • Maintenance of accurate warehouse item listings and discontinuations assigned to Plants across Campbell Snacks.
  • Assists with order processing errors, product planning, cycle count changes, nightly error reports for the warehouse locations.
  • Provide support to the plant teams on “How to” and process questions in SAP.
  • Process Sample orders for the front-line sales teams.
  • Process Donation orders for the Mixing Center/Hub teams.
  • Process and support Over Short & Damage orders for the Independent Distributors.
  • Process IDP allocations in SAP.
  • Process Amazon Fresh orders for the IDP Bakery.
  • Process Thrift Inventory and order processing.
  • Provides Holiday support and Saturday hours.
  • Performs other job-related projects, duties and assignments as directed by management.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail; accurately processes all areas of work from reports to single line entries and manual keying, etc.
  • Exhibits confidence in self and others; Inspires and motivates others to perform well
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with different areas and levels of the organization
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; Good written and verbal communication skills; speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; good presentation skills.
  • Customer Service Skills and Sense of Urgency.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, SAP and SharePoint are preferred.
  • Must have the capability to learn and navigate new database systems quickly and efficiently.
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Associate degree and 2 years of related experience required

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
