Do you want to go home after a days work and know that you have made a difference in someone's life? Then this is the job for you. These boys need the guidance and attention from people who care. We are a residential treatment facility for boys and they need supervision 24/7. As a DSP you are responsible for supervising and keeping the boys in their routine. They live on campus, go to school here, we have a basketball court, ball field, gym with workout equipment, etc. This is their home. We have a ratio of 5 boys to one employee. Right now we are offering a sign on bonus of $1,000.

You must be able to pass a background and drug screening, and willing to work with teenage boys.

We offer a very competitive starting wage and we have a shift differential for evenings and weekends of $1.00 and our night shift differential is .50 cents. There is usually overtime available most anytime. With the shift differential during overtime hours you can be making up to $24 per hour.

It is very rewarding when you can help a child change his life to head in the right direction so they can become successful adults.
