Technical Support Representative
Pedego Electric Bikes is searching for an additional member to join our team. We pride ourselves in our fun and professional work environment that allows us to provide excellent customer service. A Technician is responsible for identifying problems and offering solutions to our customers so that they can enjoy our products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Exercises excellent time management skills.
- Able to communicate and teach others effectively.
- Works well independently as well as with a team.
- Has superior product knowledge.
- Maintains clean and organized work areas.
- Brings a positive attitude to the team.
- Maintains and repairs electric bikes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- One year experience working on bicycles in a professional setting.
- Two years experience in a customer service setting.
- A working understanding of how a bicycle operates and is repaired.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 60lbs.
- The ability to read, write, and communicate with others clearly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
