The ideal candidate will provide dynamic customer facing support. The candidate will act as a liaison between clients and system support for account onboarding, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project management. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

This position is hybrid with regular workdays on-site in Deerfield, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Execute the onboarding of data exchange and EDI clients
• Interface with clients to understand their business needs, gathering required specifications, file layouts and test data and mapping data to and from standards
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Interface with in-house programming, client services, project management, and sales teams
• Contact client trading partners, managing implementation from testing phase through production
• Provide on-going support to clients
• Field a steady volume of phone and written client interactions related to a wide array of data interchange inquiries
• Manage existing customer base, monitoring and responding to data errors using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

• TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
• WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Supply chain or transportation and logistics industry knowledge
• Fluency with EDI X12 standards, particularly trucking/motor and retail related sets
• Communications protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP(S)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in related role
• Excellent communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Associate Degree (AA) in computer science or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
