Our company is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated embryologist to head up our IVF lab. This is your opportunity to tailor your lab so that it is best suited for your skill and workflow! All embryologists with strong work ethic, leadership and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

You will work with an assistant to perform various embryology and andrology procedures in the IVF lab. Daily work will include dish preparation, oocyte identification at retrieval, oocyte stripping, ICSI/insemination, fertilization checks, day 3 grading with assisted hatching, blastocyst grading, embryo biopsy, cryopreservation/ vitrification/ warming of oocytes/embryos as well as sperm preparation.

Administrative work will include chart preparation/consent verification, database entry and EMR reporting, maintenance of quality assurance/quality control, and monitoring of KPIs. Additionally, the embryologist role will include assisting with laboratory inspections and maintaining compliance with CAP and FDA standards.

The embryologist will be encouraged to work closely with clinical physicians to review IVF stimulation results and make suggestions in order to improve outcomes. Communication with patients during certain encounters including but not limited to the embryo transfer will be encouraged.

Education and Experience

Bachelor degree or higher

You must have at least 3 years of experience as an embryologist
