POSITION OVERVIEW
This role reports directly to the AVP, People Ops & Employee Experience in the Talent Acquisition function at GAFG. A successful candidate will support a high-growth, high-performance culture, as part of a comprehensive employee experience that includes the entire new hire lifecycle: attracting talent, recruiting, onboarding, tenure, offboarding and possible rehire of top talent strategies.
This role supports a variety of talent acquisition, talent management and development, and engagement programs, including Talent Reviews and Succession Planning; Key Talent Retention and Engagement Strategies; Engagement and Lifecycle Surveying and follow-up strategies; Goal Setting, Performance Review and Feedback Processes; and promotion and talent mobility processes. This role also supports DE&I initiatives and key talent development initiatives, system implementation and maintenance, data analytics and partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure successful GA talent outcomes.
Talent Management (30%)
- Support the launch and management of Talent programs and processes, including but not limited to:
- Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
- Key Talent Retention and Engagement Strategies
- Engagement and Lifecycle Surveying and follow-up strategies
- Goal Setting, Performance Review and Feedback Processes
- Promotion and talent mobility processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys and other custom surveys. Administer, collect, and analyze the data.
- Develop and analyze talent data that identify trends among various demographic groups.
- Support early in career talent engagement initiatives.
Employee Listening (25%)
- Multi Rater Feedback Surveys for Leaders – Administration & Design Pre & Post Training Surveys (Level 3) - Administration (Send, Collect, data Visualization)
- Design, launch & analyze surveys for various employee group – new hires, exit interviews
- Support the design & implementation of the yearly Employee Engagement Survey. Manage the relationship with Qualtrics/ WSA
People Ops Project Support, System implementation and Maintenance (25%)
- Provide insight and support new HR system implementations. This includes project coordination, requirements gathering and analysis, testing and report out.
- Support enterprise projects that include employee recognition programs and office closure and relocation.
- Coordinate implementation of new features in the HRIS system, test and provide post implementation support. Make recommendations for improvement.
Process Documentation and Data Analytics (20%)
- Support month end HR Data analysis and reporting.
- Fulfill any ad hoc data requests that include talent management processes, talent acquisition & DE&I initiatives.
- Gather and analyze new requirements for tableau dashboards. Participant in testing and go live sign offs.
- Document any internal processes and provide suggestions for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management or related roles. Experience in project management and program management would be a plus.
- Strong written communication skills, planning and project management skills, analytical and reporting skills, strong business judgment, and a high level of personal initiative.
- Skilled at Excel, Visio or any mapping tool and Power point. Tableau experience is a plus.
- Experience with Human Capital Management Platforms or equivalent. Process mapping experience is a plus.
- Can operate independently in an environment where analytical skills and agility are equally important.
- Collaborative team player who is focused on getting the right things done the right way.
- Personal traits for success are energetic, collaborative, customer-oriented, confident, empathetic and intuitive.
- Strong interpersonal skills; engages and builds effective relationships and partnerships across the organization, with HR Business Partners and other key leaders and stakeholders.
