Engineering Job at Mill Falls at the Lake
What you will be doing
- Engineer 3 performs interior and exterior preventive maintenance and repairs such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Basic knowledge of trades preferred.
- Self-started, able to work independently
- Respond to and resolve engineering services requests courteously, efficiently, and safely.
- Appropriate and proper use of engineering supplies and tools.
Primary schedule:
Two nights: 1:00 PM – 9 PM
Two Days: 6:30 AM – 2: 30 PM
