Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

· Develop, analyze, mitigate risks with delivering New Product Introductions and other Product Development Projects.

· Oversee PMO processes and documentation, development of new areas of support for the PMO, facilitate changes or improvements to current PMO Practices.

· PM support for C7-C18 Client Engine Products, will be working closely with Engineering Teams.

Typical Day:

· Manage the portfolio of projects for Client 7.2-18 Liter engines.

· Work with applicable Account Managers, NPI Leaders, Platform Leads and Component teams to develop and manage the plans.

· Work with other members of the PMO that manage different aspects of the development cycle.

· Ensure proper communication levels, provide routine stakeholder report outs.

Interaction with team:

· Working with project teams as well as fellow PMO resources on a daily basis

Work environment:

· Office setting

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

· 1-3 years of experience

· PMI or PMP certification preferred

Technical Skills:

**Required:

· Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project Professional / Desktop.

**Desired:

· Power BI Experience.

Soft Skills:

**Required:

· Time management, Communication (oral and written), Time management, multi-tasking.

**Desired:

· Ability to manage 30+ smaller projects to 30 medium projects.
