Enrollment/Billing Analyst - The Cigna Group - Remote Job at Cigna
As an Analyst, you will contribute toward analyzing data, reporting, complete audits, and be a supportive role for the team working toward growth strategy. To achieve this collective success, a working knowledge of reimbursement procedures and data analysis are key expectations of the role. Beyond your core responsibilities, you are expected to embrace a high-performance culture through teamwork, personal development, accountability, and involvement in projects. In this position, you will work with minimal supervision while having access to subject matter experts as needed.
You will be responsible for the following:
Analyze data, report and provide feedback to support your team. Complete audits as assigned by management. Provide actionable feedback in a manner that promotes skill development and yields improved outcomes.
Perform audits and ensure operating standards are in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement efficiencies and process improvement in the end-to-end billing, editing, and collections workflow with goals of increasing revenue, decreasing operating cost, and decreasing bad debt.
Demonstrate strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills to achieve holistic results and improvements.
Identify issues, trends and root causes of billing and collection issues. Effectively resolve through teamwork and solid communication. Present results to direct management to drive clear understanding of issues and support for resolution.
What you will need to do the job:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook is required. Advanced Excel proficiency required.
Ability to effectively navigate, operate and manage while staying engaged in a virtual environment is required, including a working knowledge of virtual tools (e.g., WebEx).
Working knowledge of reimbursement processes
Knowledge of Accredo processes and systems is preferred.
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve root causes of issues, collaborate across multiple stakeholders, engage leadership for advocacy, and communicate effectively for impact are requirements of this role.
Must meet work at home company requirements.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 - 32 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
