Corteva Agriscience is seeking an experienced Enterprise Reporting Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of UI development, the Microsoft power platform, and a strong background in Power BI. The primary responsibility of this position is to translate raw data into insights that business leaders can use to guide decision making and set financial objectives.

The Enterprise Reporting Developer will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, developers, and operational support for the data platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping data trends, anomaly detection, validating data classification schemes, and tracking and performance reporting. Additionally, this position will manage the data lake and advise on the creation, curation, and destruction of data content, including the management of the physical and logical structure for data.

The Enterprise Reporting Developer will also be responsible for implementing and promoting selected self-service tools for statistical and predictive analysis, as well as AI and machine learning. As such, the successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of these tools and their applications within the business environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities - What you will do to help us grow!

• Translate raw data into insights that business leaders can use for decision making and setting financial objectives.
• Administer and govern standard and ad hoc reporting based on business requirement needs leveraging advanced visualization techniques.
• Map data trends, anomaly detection, validate data classification schemes, and track performance reporting.
• Manage objects in the data lake and advise on the creation, curation, and destruction of data content.
• Manage the physical and logical structure for published data sets.
• Implement selected self-service tools for statistical and predictive analysis as well as AI and machine learning.
• Develop deep knowledge of core data domains and drive value from the intersection of different functional views and drill down reporting.
• Ensure that the data platforms are operating effectively and efficiently.
• Build, automate, and maintain complex SQL/ Power BI queries.
• Oversee and coordinate interaction with other internal groups and 3rd party service providers for data ingestion or exports.
• Produce analytics, reports, and models for insights into business performance and to support data-driven decision making.
• Automate analyses wherever possible to improve efficiency of performance management tasks.
• Focus on consistent sharing of information architecture across the enterprise through templates, standards and best practices.
• Provide recommendations for improvements to the data platforms and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand reporting needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Qualifications

Experience and Education – What you'll bring to the table!

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
• Experience with other reporting systems (e.g., SAP BW, Tableau, etc).
• Expertise with UI design and development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure data management tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen 2.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing a team of analysts, developers, and operational support.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
