Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective and engaging product presentations by providing unmatched customer service and support
  • Represent our company and Verizon’s brand with professionalism, poise, and confidence
  • Guide new customers through product selection seamlessly by answering all customer questions and addressing concerns with the utmost professionalism and confidence
  • Attend all meetings promptly and be prepared to share input to fellow team members on new sales techniques that can drive revenue and improve customer service satisfaction rates
  • Grasping product knowledge, promotions, and core company values to better educate customers on what we have to offer
  • Using problem-solving skills to overcome any objections and finding solutions to bolster customer service margins
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings by engaging openly and active listening to consumer's concerns and needs

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Skills and Requirements:

  • Has a passion for learning and growing their customer service and business knowledge, keeping an open mind for new techniques and products
  • Has self-motivation to achieve and surpass any goals put in their path

  • Has the capability of presenting and public speaking in a confident and professional manner
