YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ENTRY-LEVEL SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER

By installing solar panels in both residential and commercial locations, you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather while learning a valuable trade. You provide enormous assistance to your team by preparing job sites, rearranging ladders, and lifting solar panels onto rooftops. Being meticulous when it comes to details, you effectively assemble the racking and install the panels and blocking diodes. After completing the job, you make certain that everything is functioning correctly before tidying up your work area, stowing away your tools, and moving on to the next location. Your contribution to promoting clean energy and a more sustainable world brings you immense satisfaction!

YOUR SCHEDULE

This Entry-Level Solar Panel Installer position typically works 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a half-hour lunch. Some overtime may be required depending on project needs. Our service area covers the entirety of Connecticut, and you may also need to travel to job sites in New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER

• Ability to work in high places, such as rooftops and on ladders
• Ability to lift 50 to 60 pounds and use basic power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

OUR IDEAL ENTRY-LEVEL SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER

While not required, relevant experience in the industry or in a labor role would be greatly preferred. OSHA certification would be a plus. We offer on-the-job training so that even entry-level candidates can successfully complete our installations.
