We are actively seeking an Entry-Level Software Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester to join our talented, dynamic team. Training will be provided for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent technology graduate.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associates Degree in a technology related field, have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, a high level of attention to detail and be a dedicated, hardworking individual. Software development experience a plus.

This position will work closely with the development team to debug, troubleshoot, and create/document/execute test plans focusing on Manual Testing, Functional Testing and Integration Testing. We offer an excellent benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute testing events in accordance with approved test plans, procedures, and scripts
• Create and update user manuals and technical documentation
• Perform Manual Testing, Functional Testing and Integration Testing
• Test issues such as system integration, performance, and system security
• Work with Development and Operations Team to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues/bugs
• Assist with Software Integrations with other clients
• Helpdesk support as assigned

Qualifications:

• MUST have an Associates Degree in any major; technology based major or related field preferred
• Must be highly motivated with exceptional communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles
• Experience using Jira a plus
• Programming/Software Development knowledge such as Java highly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization/project
• MUST be a U.S. citizen and possess a valid Driver's License - this position requires US Government Clearance (Public Trust)
• MUST have reliable transportation to work on-site daily -- This position requires an on-site presence at our office 34769 Monday-Friday.
