The Position
We’re looking for a licensed professional engineer specializing in environmental engineering for the role of Director of Environmental Services. This role will oversee the technical side of Oxynova, a leading environmental bioremediation product, and the service offerings in wastewater treatment, aquaculture, and animal farming waste treatment. The Director of Environmental Services role will allow the selected candidate to build upon their professional engineering license and develop business acumen by leading and growing a department and product line. Responsibilities
- Department Management: Lead and grow the Environmental Services offering by managing team members and providing technical expertise to the organization.
- Product Technical Support: Develop a deep understanding of Oxynova and provide technical support to customers, internal teams, and end-users.
- Sales Cultivation: Provide consultative sales support in technical meetings.
- R&D: Develop trials, oversee pilot programs, and enhance the use of Oxynova through investigations in the
Requirements:
- P.E. License
- A minimum of 7 years of business/professional experience.
- Experience in wastewater treatment, aquaculture, and/or soil remediation
- Competency in biology/microbiology.
- Exceptional communication skills – written and oral
- Ability to manage and lead others.
- Strong client consultation skills
- Ability to develop and improve upon organizational processes
- Bilingual – English and Spanish Preferred but not required.
