The Enterprise Performance Management Analyst IV (EPM Analyst IV) is a technical position that provides technical knowledge and best practices with developing and supporting Oracle EPM applications. The position requires detailed understanding of all aspects of Oracle EPM. These include Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Data Relationship Management (DRM), Data Relationship Governance (DRG), Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA), Essbase Analytics Link (EAL), Financial Data Quality Management EE (FDMEE), Planning, Essbase, Essbase Studio, SmartView, FR Studio, and Hyperion Strategic Management (HSF).

What you’ll be doing:
  • Formulation and execution of enterprise financial information systems (Oracle EPM) and aligning overall direction with global business and IT strategies
  • Develop/support fusion cloud SAAS applications, not limited to, but including Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Management Reporting cube (MR), Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
  • Ensure that the business information requirements are being met, that the business customers are enabled to make informative, actionable decisions and gain insight through financial analysis and reporting
  • Responsible for ensuring that architectural integrity and best practices are maintained at the application and project level
  • Manage and Lead EPM Analysts, directly and/or indirectly, to ensure best practices and governance is followed
  • Organization strategy development and implementation, including policies, processes, people, budget and technologies

What we need from you:
  • 5+ years’ experience in program development in the financial enterprise performance management arena
  • 2+ year’s management of technical/support personnel
  • 2+ year’s project management experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with EPM Cloud or Essbase or HFM and FDM
  • 5+ years on Planning and budgeting Application
  • 2+ years on Capex Application
  • EPM Cloud Financial Close and Consolidation along with reporting
  • End to end business process knowledge, ability to work directly with end-users
  • Ability to clearly document architectures, communications networks designs, processes, standards, policies, etc.
  • Capable of conveying ideas clearly and concisely

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, networking related technologies, Finance, Business Administration
  • Experience with HSF and DRM/DRG
  • Expertise with fusion cloud applications including Financial Close and Consolidation, EPM Cloud Planning, EPM Cloud tax reporting, EPM cloud Profitability and cost management, narrative reporting, and Oracle enterprise data management cloud
