ABOUT THE POSITION: In this position you will serve as the HQ ATEC Disability Program Manager in the development and execution of the EEO Program.
General Duties:
* Serving as the principal advisor on the HQ ATEC Disability Program, providing expert advice, consultant services and support on all matters related to the coordination of recruiting, employment, career advancement and training, and retention of employees and applicants with disabilities and assuring equal opportunity in all aspects of employment.
* Managing the HQ ATEC Reasonable Accommodation Program (RAP) providing overall management oversight for reasonable accommodation initiatives within Headquarters and manages the RAP planning process.
* Managing the HQ ATEC Equal Employment Opportunity Special Emphasis Program (SEP) and provides guidance and assistance to ensure compliance with EEO regulatory requirements. Monitors the operation and administration of the SEP.
* Conducting studies, surveys, or questionnaires as needed to identify problems or barriers to equal employment opportunity.
* Managing, developing, preparing various reports for EEO programs.

- The U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command has various incentives that may be available for highly qualified candidates. - This position may require temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 25% of the time. Must be willing and able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
- This position may require submission of Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, upon entering the position and annually thereafter. The purpose of this report is to assist employees and their agencies in avoiding conflicts between official duties and private financial interests or affiliations. Agency ethics officials will use the information that filers provide to determine whether any potential conflicts exist.

Pay: $94,199.00 - $145,617.00 per year
