We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Global ERP Process/Template Lead. Harmonizing, standardizing and simplifying business processes at enterprise level is one of main program goals.
The Global ERP Process/Template Lead will provide leadership in establishing business processes, standard procedures and template policies for the multi-year global ERP implementation. The scope of the program includes both technology and business transformation in several phases. You will manage six process workstreams for the ERP program: OTC (order-to-cash), STP (source-to-pay), ITD (inventory-to-delivery), FTP (forecast-to-plan), PTP (plan-to-produce) and RTR (record-to-report). The mission of this visible key role is to implement next-generation process capabilities and understanding of our strategies, goals, culture, environment and compliance requirements.

You Will:
  • Engage & Influence the Business: Focus the Global ERP Process/Template lead will be collaborating with business partners, influencing the processes, tools, and operating models.
  • Program Life-Cycle Management: Ensure project milestones and goals are met and support all aspects of an ERP implementation life cycle from requirements gathering, develop, testing to deployment
  • Business Transformation: Works with the business to develop standardized global business processes. Manage and resolve complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or procedures to ensure process adoption support from across the business teams.
  • Partnerships: Works with cross-functional teams to provide an alignment on process redesign and standardization as well as system adoption. Collaborate with ERP other workstream leads as one cohesive team: Application Development, MDM/Data, Technology and Change Management. In addition, works closely with the System Integrator (SI) team and effectively manage a collaborative working relationship.
  • Program Governance: Support preparation for ERP Steering Committee Meetings. Lead and attend business process discussions and ensure the ERP decision-making process is, efficient and well-documented. Works as a part of the ERP leadership team on the ERP direction, assuring process, people, and technology alignment.
  • Technical and Functional Leadership: The Global Process Lead does not require to perform hands-on system configuration but must have a comprehensive knowledge of how business processes work as part of an ERP, integration points with other business systems and master data. The Global Process Lead will also recommend solutions and develop business case alternatives. Proactively facilitating complex design and technical discussions, reconciling differing opinions and drive decision-making process.
  • Change Management: The Global Process Lead will work closely with the Change Management Lead as change agents to maximize employee adoption of key initiatives and operating model changes.
You will report to the Senior Director, Global ERP Program and manage 6 direct reports; 30 associates indirectly
You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 15+ years overall experience in one or more business process areas in a manufacturing company (i.e., order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, plan to produce, etc.)
  • 5+ years of leadership responsibility managing large functional teams for similar ERP programs and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ERP knowledge and skills in adopting business process best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process standardization within a global public company.
  • Extensive experience of managing System Integrator teams
  • Make decisions balancing among our goals, ERP standard functionalities, development efforts and change management needs.
  • Strong experience of interpreting control and operational risk
  • Driver of decisions
  • Provide effective leadership to the process/template team throughout project life cycle, resolve conflicts and ensure high team performance.
  • Conflict resolution skills a must since this role requires working in matrix organization collaborating with multiple groups in IT and business
  • Will establish a productive and impactful relationship among multiple stakeholders from cross-functions
  • Will foster a common space for win-win negotiations with important partners to socialize and get buy-ins for process improvement projects
