Crown Laboratories, Inc. is currently recruiting for an ERP Support Analyst.

This position will be located in Johnson City, TN (On-Site).

The ERP Support Analyst is the primary point of contact for technical support requests related to business-critical information systems serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources. This position is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, training, and documenting the complete order lifecycle including purchasing, EDI connections, order processing, manufacturing, and order fulfillment through warehouse distribution centers and related ERP tasks on an ongoing basis. Additional responsibilities include systems analysis, project tasks, workflow analysis, and technical communication and problem solving to ensure the systems’ performance meets company leadership and user satisfaction requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be the primary support contact in the helpdesk ticket queue for ERP issues and work with other IT staff to diagnose level 1 and 2 issues
• Coordinate and collaborate with functional users and IT staff to find solutions to problems identified including troubleshooting technical issues and overall process improvement
• Cross train and assist in similar roles in other areas of IT
• Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions and, where necessary, participating in the selection of vendors
• Participates in the resolution of conflicts involving scope, schedule, budget, and/or quality
• Develops subject matter expertise for functional areas, including building subject matter expertise in business processes for the functional areas affected by change
• Develops deep understanding of the front- and back-end systems that support functional area’s business processes.
• Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and interfaces
• Understanding of relational databases
• Experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python
• Functional and demonstrable understanding of SQL (setup, queries, scripting)
• Experience in creating and maintaining user and technical documentation (BRD’s, Functional & Technical specs, Use Cases)
• Understanding of Test Planning, documentation, execution, bug/issue triage/tracking
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Equivalent
• Prefer one years’ experience in a business application support or equivalent role
• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, customer service oriented and excellent problem solver and troubleshooter
• Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle (business process, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training)
• Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbally
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a growing business environment
• Must be detail oriented with strong execution skills
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
