*Position Summary - Lash Artist/Esthetician
The Lash Lab LV Estheticians provide various skin services and treatments that improves the guest’s overall sense of well-being and enhances their studio experience.
Services include Lash Extensions, a variety of Facials, Waxing, Tooth Gems, and much more.

>>>Additional Certification courses can be obtained at a staff rate for other services provided. $2 pay increase after 90 day probation, 10% commission on upselling services.

*Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides individualized lash extensions services that meet the clients needs and expectations
- Ability to work in a team environment with the expectation of advancement
- Educates clients on The Lash Lab LV products, services and treatments
- Discusses options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client
- Maintains The Lash Lab LV appearance and cleanliness
- Serves as an expert in lash extensions analysis and maintenance regimens
- Promotes and upsells all studio products, services and treatments
- Remains current on certifications, individual insurance and new trends in the industry
- You must have great communication skills and work in a fast paced environment
- You must be willing to learn and able to meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times

*Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Esthetician License for the state of Nevada
- Lash Extensions Certification

*Preferred Requirements
- 6 months Esthetician experience but OPEN TO NO EXPERIENCE
- Sales experience
- Social Media Savvy
- Volume Lash Extensions experience
