Primary Responsibilities
  • Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Prepare estimates and enter in software system - Xactimate
  • Verify the accuracy of information provided

  • Identify and document project scope of work
  • Review all job paperwork to ensure completeness
  • Be proficient with Xactimate
  • Communicate with insurance carriers



Position Requirements
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Experience in mitigation/restoration preferred
  • High school diploma/GED

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multitask
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Be proficient in Xactimate for mitigation, reconstruction, and able to learn internal software.
  • Experience in customer service industry environment, a plus
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
