Ethan Stowell Restaurants in Seattle is looking for a Director of Operations to join our team. ESR currently has 20+ locations in Seattle and Spokane and is growing into other markets as well. To facilitate growth, we will be strategically combining certain locations and assigning the oversight of these locations to a Director of Operations.
This position will specifically be responsible for 4 locations including Staple and Fancy, Rione XIII, The Red Cow, Cortina, Cortina Cafe. The role may (most likely) also include opening new locations.
