We are looking to add an evening assistant manager to our growing team:
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing a staff of 4-8 people.
Ensuring a timely flow and monitoring speed of service.
Enforcing quality standards.
Ensuring food safety regulations are upheld.
Delegating responsibilities.
Coaching and developing employees.
Ensuring a great customer experience.
Some food and or management experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Flexibility to come in and cover shifts when needed.
Schedule would be consist of 3 shifts 1:30pm-9:30pm and 2 shifts 11am-7pm.
Weekend availability is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
