We are a professional fundraising firm in the Little Rock area. Our approach revolves around promoting our non-profit partners' messages through interactive, hands-on promotional outreach events. We are expanding at a rapid rate and looking for a forward thinking Charity Event Assistant to join our team of outreach superstars.

Our team works together to launch initiatives, companies, brands, products, and missions that better our community. We value our team and continue fostering each and every relationship, and to continue our efforts in the Little Rock area, our charity fundraising team is in search of an Event Assistant to begin training immediately.

Responsibilities of a Charity Event Assistant:

• Educate community members on our non-profit partners core mission to increase donations
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on our charity partners
• Provide support to families and community members
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
• Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

What we look for in a Charity Event Assistant:

• Bachelors in Business Management, Accounting, Communications or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service
• Influential leadership characteristics
• Invest in developing team members and their performance
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details
• Professional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skills
• Upbeat and positive outlook
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month
